In registering for a class or workshop, deposits and guide line are needed to make for a smooth transition into the class.  We require a $50 deposit per class. Let us know if you need any further information,  we look forward to seeing you express your self in the world of art.

Registration

Please read our withdrawal,  cancellation and refund policy  carefully before you register. Enrollment in workshops is limited and  classes can fill quickly. You may enroll by telephone if using credit cards (360 336 6131)  10 a.m.­5 p.m. Mon.­Fri.) or by mail. Registration for classes or workshops  requires a refundable $50 deposit and nonrefundable $10 registration fee. The balance for CLASSES are due 15 Days before the first class starts. The balance for WORKSHOPS are due 30 days  before the workshop starts. . Failure to pay any balance due results in forfeiture of your slot in the class or workshop.

Withdrawal, Cancellation, & Refund Policy:

Deposits are due upon registration to hold your place in the workshop or class. 
Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met and a full refund is made if the class is canceled.
Refunds for  Classes or workshops will apply only on withdrawals received  no later than 30 calendar days before the start date of the class or workshop. No exceptions, including personal or medical emergency, will be made to this policy. Students who withdraw from a Class or workshop prior to this deadline receive back all money paid to Tri-Dee except the $10 registration fee .
    No-shows will receive no refund whatsoever, regardless of the circumstances. If you drop out of a class once it has started, you will not receive a refund.
    If  Tri-Dee cancels a class or workshop, you will be notified at least a week prior to the start of class, and all deposits paid to Tri-Dee will be returned including the registration fee.

On Going Students Policy:

Once you have completed a full class, you may choose to become an on going student. On going students will then have the option of paying for the class in two parts without a registration fee. However  to remain classified as an on going student and hold your spot in the next class segment A  refundable $20.00 Deposit is required on the following Class segment. You may get a refund when you withdrawal  no later  than 30 calendar days before the starting date of the next Class Segment. The balance for the Segment is due 15  Days before it starts or you forfeit your spot and the $20.00 deposit.
