These single or double-sided stove-lacquered (platinum white) aluminium composite panels are the ideal medium for creative ideas in architecture, industry, transport and display. Ordinary tools can be used to create three-dimensional shapes by folding or bending for CI programmes, roof edges, mechanical engineering purposes or for vehicle superstructures or claddings, product presentations and displays.

Alcan Composites USA Inc. is pleased to announce the introduction of our newest  Dibond material ,brushed aluminum finish. This new composites material finish has polyester clear-coat applied over the brushed aluminum finish. Protective masking will come standard, applied to the brushed aluminum side of sheet

Dibond is easily formed and yet extremely stable which makes it ideal for creating new and stunning stand concepts at trade fairs. Its excellent smooth surface enables precise screen printing and clean photo mounting and laminating. Owing to its low weight, combined with high rigidity and excellent weather resistance, Dibond is highly recommended for indoor and outdoor use.

Any Way You Shape It
This is a lightweight but rigid and durable aluminum composite material (ACM) –– two strong sheets of .012" aluminum bonded to a thermoplastic core. Yet, it fabricates easily. Dibond Material is pre painted with a polyester finish that is available in 2mm, 3mm and 4mm thickness and in 4'x8', 4'x10' and 5'x10' sheet sizes. Choose from colors of white, black,Red, Yellow, Blue, Brushed Silver, Brushed Gold, silver and bronze. Dibond Material is a UL® (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.) recognized component for electrical signage (UL94V-O). This weather-resistant material is ideal for a wide range of signage and exhibit/display applications including these:
